 The CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) is enforcing the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) across the credit repair industry. We are not allowed to speak with consumers over the phone (incoming or outgoing) until they have signed up to become a client meaning, consumers sign up for services, sign a contract with us, and provide payment information. We can only communicate through email or direct messaging.
